The statement ring is made with Hubei Turquoise mined in China and set in sterling silver. The circular details are made from recycled sterling silver, melted into a ball and then hammered for a flattened look. These little details remind me of the little ball-like flowers that grow on cholla cacti. With proper care, sterling silver will last a long time without tarnishing.
